Rows of pink

Today I was going to do a few rows of knitting, to catch up after a busy time getting my house straight last week after decorating. But it's been too hot and sultry to knit, so here's a quick study of another sort of row. The pink verbena in my hanging baskets open their multiple flowers row by row. So neat and pretty!

One row...

... two rows ...

... three rows ...

... and so on.

I love these delicate little flowers!

  2. I didn't know that about verbenas--I've not grown them before. Very delicate and pretty.
